There's a famous saying, if you build it, they will come. And I used to build websites for lots and lots of people, but nobody came to those websites. So I had to figure out how to market those websites, how to advertise those websites. And that's essentially what I did. I learned how to be able to grow businesses, to be able to make a difference and drive traffic to those businesses.

That's been my focus with Ajax Union, figuring out what are the steps that I need to take in order for me to be able to help other people, in order for me to be able to grow business, in order for me to be able to learn about it. In the beginning, it was all about search engine. That was when I started; it was all about search engine optimization, but then eventually it became about. Okay. Well, I sent traffic to you now, right? Build it and they will come. Now I sent traffic. I did SEO for you.

How do I take it to the next level? How do I actually make a business impact? Not just sending you traffic, but how do I actually grow your business?

And that was a game changer. That was a real game changer for me. Once I learned how to do that, once I learned how to be able to actually grow a business. And I realized the following: the right strategy will save you a decade. And so I look at a lot of companies and their strategy is throw stuff at the wall and hope for the best. Energy without strategy is a waste of time.

So I had to learn the step-by-step process myself, apply it to my business, see it work, and then start applying it to many of our clients. And we've served over 1100 clients in the past 13 years, made a difference for many people. And now we're doing the LinkedIn training as well. We over a thousand students that we've serviced and we're helping people to learn how to use LinkedIn to grow their business.
